What is a Tandoor?

A Tandor is a pitcher shaped overn made of clay. It's slow and steady heat seals in the juices and flavor of Meat, Poultry, Seafood and bakes them to perfection. All of our breads like Naan, Kulcha and whole wheat Roti, Paratha are baked fresh on order.
